  • Our team integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual support, emphasizing nutrition, exercise, relaxation techniques, and emotional well-being throughout the pregnancy journey. It strives to optimize maternal health and well-being, promoting a balanced and nurturing environment for both the mother and the growing baby.

  • Characterized by a collection of symptoms describing a mother’s experience due to nutrient deficiencies, sleep deprivation, drastic change of a new mother’s role and social isolation.

    Possible signs and symptoms include lethargy, memory disturbances, poor energy, low libido or irritability.

  • Characterized by marked anhedonia, a state in which a person takes no pleasure or joy from a situation or experience that in the past would have provided pleasure or joy. This can be dangerous and requires immediate intervention.

    Possible signs and symptoms include persistent feelings of sadness, fatigue, changes in sleep and appetite, irritability, difficulty bonding with the baby, and thoughts of self-harm or harming the baby.

  • Our team prioritizes the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of both the mother and baby, encompassing support for breastfeeding, nutrition, mental health, and bonding activities. It aims to nurture the mother's recovery and adjustment to motherhood while fostering a nurturing environment conducive to the newborn's growth and development.
