Grain-Free Sandwich Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 Tbsp ACV

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 7 Tbsp coconut flour

  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (optional) 


Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick tests clean.

Notes

Pro Tip: If the top is browning too quickly, cover with foil.
