Seed Cycling Cardamom Bliss Balls

Seed cycling is the practice of cycling different seeds throughout the menstrual cycle to benefit each phase.
These bliss balls are an easy and delicious way to cycle seeds and also have a sweet treat.
General Seed Cycling Guide
Days 1-14 (follicular phase): Pumpkin seeds or flax seeds to support follicular phase.
Days 15-28 (luteal phase): Sunflower seeds or sesame seeds to support luteal phase.
Seed Cycling Cardamom Bliss Balls
Ingredients
3/4 cup raw pumpkin seed (or any seed of choice)
5 dates, pitted
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pod cardamom, crushed
pinch of salt
Instructions
In a food processor, add the pumpkin seeds and blend until coarse meal is formed. Do not blend into fine powder.
Add the dates, cacao, oil, and spices. Blend until ingredients have formed a dough.
Form the dough into small balls using your hands. May sprinkle extra cinnamon on top once formed.
